Simply fill it out and mail, fax, or hand it into our pro shop.All registration forms received and processed by mail and fax, will be confirmed by email. 

All Button Hole Leagues offer the following:

• Weekly play at a scheduled time.
• Tee time sign up for next week.
• Started assisted tee offs.
• Space for 8 foursomes.
• Clubs, bag, and balls.
• Bottled water.
• Orientation for all participants to discuss highlights of the league for the season.
• End-of-season tournament, cookout, and prizes!

When you come to your scheduled league time, remember to sign up for the following week's Tee Time in the Pro Shop.

 

Ladies 9 Hole League
Ages 18+
$40 Registration/$10 Weekly Course Fee

 

Start-Your-Own-League
Create a group of at least 12 players who play on a weekly basis, or at least 10 times during the 2008 golf season.
$40 Registration/$10 Weekly Course Fee

 

Start your own League or Tournament

Start your own league for a small start up fee and greens fees.  Must have a minimum of 12 participants.
